Hello! As you already clearly said, the problem you have with filesmonster(which in NO way is related to or associated with us!) we can not help you with that so i do not know why you even bring this up. On our site we have: a live chat, a FAQ page and a help system. So please do not use sitejabber for questions like this. Also we helped you already via the live chat.

Why, when i tried to get with you when i had the problem that you wait 2 months to answer. i asked for help from you before i asked pay pal to help get a refund because you would never reply. you never relied to pay pal for 30 days is why i got my refund. this is the first i've heard from fapgarden. that's great service waiting to months to reply, i'm really impressed! A: We are not on siteJabber 24/7 because this is not OUR support desk! Simply put: It is not our job to educate people how to use the internet and how to download from the internet. I'll leave it at that.
