You withdrew $19.99 from my debit card on 11/09/20@ 11:44am with no consent from me. I have no idea who you are. Please refund my money.

They are scammers. Report them for fraud. They signed you up for a monthly membership without your consent. I purchased something from "team LGBT" and was enrolled in "fans of free" membership for $19.99/ month. They refunded my money when I threatened to report them for fraud to my bank.
