I am so sick of shopping at Zappos due to their numerous problems. I have wide feet and I often don't know if the shoe is going to fit me so I need an easy exchange program. Not where they deny the return in order for them to make extra money. Does this company really allow exchanges or returns?

Yes this company does allow exchanges and returns. But the one thing everybody should know if you order online and get a receipt it says how much you have to pay to return them. So yes this company does but you have to pay. For wide feet I feel like they should have more options, my mother has wide feet and it is really hard to find shoes she can fit into but also her size. What I would do if I were you I would buy Puma's, they work on all different lengths of feet and they are really comfortable.
