I would like to file a complain about FamilyTreeNow.com. I have never used the website and I don't even know how they get my personal information and decided to put it out for anybody to use. I'm so disappointed. What should I do?

You should go directly to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint:

There is a problem in that the website is located in New Zealand. So they are a bit removed from any complaints not originating in the USA. I would suggest complaining to Google and other Search Engines to that their information will be removed from the searches.
