Shipping takes 2 work days, 3 work days, or about 8 work days; you get what you choose to pay for.

Answer:

Ask the salesperson. Their estimates, though not infallible, are usually quite accurate (based on an assorted dozen purchases). The actual shipping times depend upon components ordered, complexity of computer ordered, etc.

I am looking at a titan x build but i know the customer support on that is very important. if i overclock and things go bad, will i still be able to get solid support afterwards. or are they going to ditch me after i buy the pc.

Answer:

Falcon ditches NO customer. If you purchase a computer from them, they will support you according to the terms on their website. From personal experience, I think their support is excellent.
