I am trying to track my ID, I ordered it on 3/1, it says "shipped" but have yet to get it. I put the tracking number- it said invalid. Help!

Hi, I put in an order about 3 weeks ago, I put a ticket in last night and have no received a response. I hope I'm not getting scammed!
Ok so my order ID is #F3640390 and I placed my order 28 days ago and the status remains "IN PROGRESS" just want to know if it's on the way or not.
