Hey john i was wondering why does it take so long to ship i had these 4 orders ordered 3-4 months ago and it says rtp completed for about 2 weeks now

Hi, I put in an order about 3 weeks ago, I put a ticket in last night and have no received a response. I hope I'm not getting scammed!
Ok so my order ID is #F3640390 and I placed my order 28 days ago and the status remains "IN PROGRESS" just want to know if it's on the way or not.
