Hello! This is from the Fabletics team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it. As a VIP member, you will never be obligated to make a purchase nor pay the monthly charge every month and you can make changes to your account whenever you wish. Indeed, we are a monthly membership shop but there is no need to pay each month to remain a VIP and enjoy exclusive sales and discounts. On the 6th of each month, you'll be charged $59.95 for your exclusive membership benefits. These benefits include a promotional member credit which unlocks our best savings when redeemed. Member credits can be redeemed for any 2-piece outfit or item up to $100, online or in-store. If you don't want a credit, please visit the site between the 1st and 5th of the month, click "Skip the Month", and you won't be charged. Hello! This is from the Fabletics team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it. Orders are processed within 0-2 business days (weekends not included) from our warehouse for fulfilling and packaging. If your order is sent via standard shipping, orders usually arrive within 6-10 business days, and rush shipments will take 2-3 business days after it ships. You can also check on the status of your order online for future reference. Just log in to your account online, and click on 'Order History' under the Account tab. Select the order number and check on the status of your shipping. You may also utilize our Facebook- Messenger to check the status of your purchase.

Hello! This is from the Fabletics team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it. Points can be earned by making purchases and writing reviews for purchased items. If points are earned by purchasing an item, they will be applied to your account once the item is shipped. If points are earned by writing a review of a previously purchased item, they will be applied to your account once the review is submitted. Some exceptions may apply. Once you accumulated at least 500 points, you may redeem the points for Cash Rewards or gear, if available, in the Rewards Shop using our tier system. Tier 1 reward redemption begins at 500 points, Tier 2 reward redemption begins at 1,000 points, Tier 3 reward redemption begins at 1,500 points, and Tier 4 reward redemption begins at 2,000 points. Members receive 2 points for every dollar spent. Some exceptions may apply as not all items qualify for reward points. Points are rounded to the nearest dollar ($49.95 = 100 points). If an item is returned for a refund, the points earned for that purchase will be deducted from the member's account. Points also expire 12 months after they become available, upon cancelation of your account, and/or termination of the Fabletics VIP Membership Program.

Hello! This is from the Fabletics team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it. The skipping period is always available from the 1st to the 5th day of each month. You can skip online. The skip button can be found at the top of your 'My Outfits' page (the page will shift downwards to focus first on new outfits, but you can scroll upwards to view the skip button). If on the mobile site, the skip button is found on your 'My Account' section, accessible by clicking the icon in the upper left corner of the mobile site. We also send monthly reminders (on the 1st and 5th day with the monthly collection) about you being a VIP Member and reminding you to skip. Please check the spam or junk mail as the emails we send sometimes get filtered reaching your inbox. You can set a reminder on your phone from 1st to 5th of the month to skip.

We always encourage our dear members to send back the items they've received whenever they are unsatisfied. You are given a 90 days' timeframe from the delivery date of the item(s) to take advantage of it. You can exchange the item for a different size/color. Or you can process a return for a store credit refund which you can use for your future orders. You can initiate the return/exchange online. Just log in to your Fabletics account, and click on Order History under the Account tab. All of the details about making returns are here: https://www.fabletics.com/shipping.

Look for an item that is worth the monthly charged for each and automatically it will be applied to your order; Just make sure that the item is not on a promotion or else it will not be applied

Hello! This is from the Fabletics team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it. Your member credits should automatically apply to your cart on any orders of $59.95 USD or above. Member credits are non-breakable and can only be applied in full amount or to one regular, VIP-priced item. However, we occasionally have sales that allow the use of credits for the promotion. You can always review the terms and conditions of the sale if you want to know if credits can be applied.
