What if you order a box and it shows certain things arnt available anymore, will they give you something else or do you get less than everyone else?

Please read all the reviews! Many things won't be available--even when you prepay and select them on time. There are a ton of negative reviews on here.
From my experience, every box was missing something. When you contact them it's "out of stock." They usually send you a substitution, which is cheaper and poor quality--and basically the items other people didn't select.
