YES,,, pay more money and buy tickets somewhere else. DO NOT USE EXPLORETRIP,. They will cheat you, lie to you, and not give you your flight---but they will certainly charge your credit card.

Answer:
They do have many one star because they lie to customers. The only 5 stars they have are probably from their customer service team who makes fake 5 stars. Also,. Their English is horrible and they refuse to connect you to a supervisor. DO NOT BOOK with EXPLORETRIP, not now NOT EVER,... BEWARE!
