I think explore trip has a lot of one star.. How do u think of it?

They do have many one star because they lie to customers. The only 5 stars they have are probably from their customer service team who makes fake 5 stars. Also,. Their English is horrible and they refuse to connect you to a supervisor.
DO NOT BOOK with EXPLORETRIP, not now NOT EVER,... BEWARE!
