NO - this is very likely a scam. You should never have to pay money or give your personal information to win the lottery (until after you've actually won it).

Everybody out there who knows about this people, they suddenly called me i can win a lottery of millions of pounds, they want me to contribute 44 pounds per month for 3month, they only want my sort code and bank name.is this a true website pls?
