Good morning, please send a message to our chat colleagues on our website and ask about the accommodation you are interested in. We will be happy to help! :)

It is a scam company trying to trick students out of money

A scam for sure, they tried to keep my money when the landlord cancelled, and it took me forever to get at least a part back.

Definitely a scam company! Not a serious business at all. Once they get your money you are on your own and good luck getting your money back if something goes wrong...

Its a total scam. The student paid them. They did not pay me (the landlord) and the student was kicked out to the street

They scam people!

Even ex-employees admit that this is a scam business (reviews found on Glassdoor):

"they scam people... Since I stopped working for them I got so many messages of people that are super angry with me! The reservation got canceled and they never received any money... Also; they ask people to put positive reviews so never believe the 5/5 comments; these are comments from themself ;) (...) Stop teaching people to lie and cheat. Make a system that motivates workers and don't have to double cross people."

"The company only use free tools and tell you "doesn't matter about legal rules"."

"(...) they have to see a little bit of a cheater inside of you, then you will be inside" (concerning their interview process for new employees)

"The whole business model is kind of dubios (...)"

Besides my own bad experience with them and all the other negative reviews I've seen, this really confirms that this "business" is built solely around scamming students out of their money...

They are scammers, it is illegal to rent out flats/rooms without contracts and especially without windows or heating!

I did find an accommodation, it was legit, but the person with whom I was signing my contract did not return my deposit when I was forced to leave early due to the CoviD-19 situation, even tho I had the right according to my contract. The customer service will never take your side as a customer in case there is a conflict between you and the owner of the accommodation and/or the real estate agent, they get money from the reservations, so it is in their interest to treat the owners of the accommodations nicely so that they keep on using their website.
