Is Eonon a scam or a legit company?

They are a livid company with a bad to no customer service. You can never get a hold of them by phone. They respond to you by email only and when they do, you mind as well forget about all previous emails because they suggest something that you tried few emails ago. Either they are real stupid or lack the understanding of the English language.
