Nearly impossible. They put every roadblock and obstacle up to try to discourage you from pursuing help with an agent. They force you to wade through their automated help. No option to skip it and go straight to a representative. There is no email for corporate so there's that Nancy and your only options are to either chat or call. In either case they will drag their feet and when they finally are assisting you they are also assisting many other people at the same time. You will get ignored, answers unrelated to questions etc.

I rented from Enterprise on August 3,2020, and I dropped it off on August 7,2020. My $200.00 deposit was refunded in 2 days afterward. No questions asked. My car was clean and I was pleased. The staff was friendly and kind to me during this process while being careful, meaning they wore face masks the whole time dealing with me. Very professional.

Answer:
I thought they were a professional company. It seems from my experience and someone else's on this website the enterprise regularly charge people after the event the damage that is not found when you return it, but several days later. This is unacceptable. I am not renting with this company again again
