Hello Charles, If you would like to exit SpyHunter 5 completely: 1. Right-click on the SpyHunter 5 icon in the lower-right corner of your screen. Next to the clock in the system tray. Note: If you don't see the SpyHunter 5 icon in the tray, it might be hidden. You would need to click on the arrow saying: "Show hidden icons". 2. Press the "Exit" button from the drop-down menu. 3. Confirm with "Yes, Exit SpyHunter". 4. If you receive a prompt from User Account Control, please select "Yes". Try a different search engine; Google Chrome for instance - rejects some certificates (not secure) even though the destination is viable. Subscriptions Can be blocked (cancelled on credit card) or being drawn on most accounts; getting it back weeks later, is another matter.

Spyhunter mostly sucks up the malware; that's right.

Spyhunter sucks, expensive, ineffective. I bought spyhunter 4 for 39.99 for one computer, because people said it could remove kcntr virus, but not. It asked me to spend another 29.99, I don't want to waste money any more. Anti-malware is $20 a year for three computer, it can not remove KCNTR, but at least it is much cheapter.
