Edreams is a scam agency! We have tried for a month to cancel our subscription during the trial period! Their instructions don't work. The phone number listed doesn't work! Please everyone be warned! They charged our credit card and we couldn't stop it! This company is from Spain!

They don't have customer service phones. I discovered this the hard way when our flight was canceled in Lima, Peru and they did not provide any refund or alternative flights.
