Hello! Thank you for contacting! The price includes insurance with excess. The excess is your liability in case of damage or theft.
Thus, the excess amount has to be blocked from your credit card and in case of damage or theft you will be charged up to the excess amount.
If you wish to reduce the excess amount of your rental you can add extra insurance upon the pick up of the vehicle from the car rental company.
However, you can add our refundable service at the last step before booking "theft and damage excess protection" and in case of damage or theft you will be able to claim back the charges from EconomyCarRentals.com
