My e-cigarette glows at the tip but when I charge it the tip is not lit up, and I do not get any smoke anymore. Could you tell me what's wrong.

If you call before the 30 day trial is up, will they stop charging my cc? I've had it less than 2 weeks and it sucks! I'll change my checking acct number before I give them another cent! I advise everyone to bomb the better business bureau with complaints! They'll shut them down from doing business in the US... until they come up with another scum/scam name.
