on 4/3/15Michael H., I did get an answer when I called about the plants I never received. However, she was a JOKE! I told her I wanted to cancel the order and receive a refund. After looking up my order on her computer, she tells me she can't do that. I need to send a letter! Did that, and I was told the plants were in the process of shipping so they couldn't refund me. Well, after waiting yet again and still no plants, I told them I wanted a tracking number or refund. They claimed they issued a refund the day prior. I checked and no refund. I'm giving it until Monday, and I'll dispute the charge. DO NOT send this company a check or money order. You wouldn't have any recourse whatsoever if you do.
Cannot get someone to answer the phone when we call, have tried several times.
