Yes... it took 2 weeks. They never responded to my email which wasnt good. But I finally got it. And it looked good my daughter likes it. She just wants to dye it because its jet black
Yes and I was highly disappointed I ordered the 360 Deep Wave Lace Human wig. I received a Halloween costume jet black wig. I sent an email to get return and refund instructions no reply. I notified my bank and they gave me an instant refund and stated that many customers had the same problem. I ordered the wig April 5th. Received April 21,2018 returned to sender April 21,2018 and emailed EasyLife. Today is April 23,2018 and I had not received any information on my refund and return instructions from supplier so I went back to the link in my email which directed me to the site where they had changed their name to FirstWig. Shop<<<--- Red Flag. I then proceeded back to my email to the sent section where I noticed the email address that I sent my concerns to had been changed to goldtrapmicaela5@gmail.com<<<---- Red Flag. So if you are trying to order or have ordered go ahead and cancel your order and request refund via bank. This company is a total scam.
No but I did get a response from son one and she stayed that as soon as the products ships she will send me a tracking number and that was three days ago and nothing else I believed we were scammedfrom this company
