When I try to select UKULELE and CHORDS, one of them will drop off. I can't seem to change keys and get the chords at the bottom at the same time.

What a gang of clowns! (eChords) Their site is a rip and I can't even sign in to my account. I asked like, a million times to reset my password. Meh.
I need to know if it is safe to use.
Why not offer a one year subscription without automatic recurring billing? This point is keeping me from signing on.
I joined Echords today. I guess I should have read the reviews first. I am going to try to cancel today because it is the slowest running software i have ever experienced! It freezes up and eventually says page unavailable. If someone from echords can respond to this and let me know how to correct it I would be forever grateful.
