I placed an order on DVDscollection.com and got a call from my credit card company concerned about the purchase. Then I get a confirmation note from DVDscollection.com with a UPS tracking number stating my order had shipped. That was Tuesday August 3rd. Going into the UPS site and entering the tracking number given UPS claimed there was no such number. Is this site a rip off? If so should I turn this over to the authorities?
