I have multiple pairs of the ballroom jeans the relaxed fit jeans the interior of the pockets of three of the pairs have torn open at the top.

You should call them and explain. They should replace them. Last year, they would have replaced them. They are different now so I can't say what they will do. If they refuse, call back over and over again until you get a reasonable agent on the phone. Ask for a supervisor also, if needed.
