Yes, how do I return my purchased items?

Oh dear lady! I feel bad for you. DressLily will make you pay for return shipping at your cost even if the iTems are damaged or if they sent the wrong size.
This company are scam artist. They sell you clothes made of the CHEAPEST material possible, made by someone ( I'm assuming a child) who has no clue how to sew/tailor/mend clothing.
They make it whichever which way they feel and could care less about you the consumer.
Once that have your money... you are screwed unless you get your credit card company involved.

Hi Cheryl, so it will cost you to return them. Dress lily required that I get a tracking number and the minimum cost for a tracking number to send from the U.S. to China at the weight of my return was $54. The total cost of my items that I purchased were $90. And Dress lily still has yet to refund me for the $90 and told me that I am responsible for the shipping fees on the return

They have offered me 35usd in my account and keep the dresses they aren't sellable but its better than nothing
