Why did you tell me it would take me my package would arrive in 3-10 days when i paid for expedited shipping that said 3-7 days? Did I pay for that for no reason?

The shipping time will be affected by many factors.
Remote locations, peak season holidays and Festivals (either in your country or in China) weather correspondence delay between customs' operations and post office.

Asking a customer to pay extra for expedited shipping is just a part of how Dresslily scams customers. Currently Dresslily is under investigation so they are trying to actually honor their claims of shipping & trying hard to not steal customers money outright.

In the past, when customers pay for expedited shipping (a service that is based upon the costs of items purchased vs a general fee for expedited shipping) Dresslily would completely ignore all of the expedited shipping and never actually ship items sold. Or if customers purchased a large order, Dresslily would sometimes send 1-3 items and then ACTUALLY LIE TO THE CREDIT CARD COMPANIES & PAYPAL AND USE THE "PROOF OF SHIPPING" TO SUGGEST THEY DID SHIP ALL. Sometimes this worked, sometimes it failed miserably and people would notice the weight or size was incongruent with the actual order.

Dresslily & it's owners are con artists. They should not only be fined millions of dollars they should be prosecuted and incarcerated for the crimes they commit.

I HIGHLY suggest that you call Paypal immediately and cancel your order. You paid for 3-7 day shipping and then after you paid - & they actually charged you - they independently changed it to 3-10. This is called Fraud. ASK PAYPAL TO REFUND YOUR MONEY BASED ON FRAUD.

The will answer you but ask for your order number then you will never hear from them again. They don't care. Frankly, there is nothing you can do about it because they are in China and do not have the same shipping laws or BBB laws. It is buyer beware when it comes to foreign companies ESPECIALLY this one. Sorry.

My order was broken up into five shipments and took almost two months to arrive. The tracking was almost non existent. Expedited shipment is a waste. Good luck with getting what you ordered and being satisfied with it... unlike me.

It isn't my company... I am a customer... who has had good service from DressLily... but I have never phoned them... I only deal with emails online... that with a little persistence, and making sure it is basic English... I have always had satisfaction. I don't know why your question came through to me... as though it was my business... I have nothing to do with it.
