WHERE ARE MY CLOTHES I ORDERED AND PAID FOR FOR DAYS NOW? ARE YOU A SCAM OR WHAT? I even asked to have the shipping address changed to Kadine Senior 434 Chapman Street, Irvington, NJ 07111 and to no avail! What is freaking going on?

You NEED to call your payment company and tell them you have been trying to contact the merchant in regards to an issue with your purchase but you cannot find anyway to contact them. Then discribe the to your payment company the issue with your purchase and say you want to file a dispute. Also tell them you researched the cost to return the item(s) and it ranges from $35 to $105+ through USPS ( do your own research, my figures or examples from So Cal).

Your payment comapny should do the legword to get your refund.

Start the dispute process with your bank/credit card company/PayPal. This company is a scam.

On the web site when you view your order you can send a message to customer service. That is the only way I communicated with them. It also takes them a few days to respond. Really poor customer service!

Wow, hope you didnt' look here before ordering and order anyway... Otherwise you had fair warning. Lol Hope you are able to get your money back I think IF you ever do get your stuff you'll prefer to have your cash instead anyway. Good luck they are scam artists just search reviews on them online. Complaints everywhere.

They're a terrible company! I seriously wished I read reviews about them before I purchased anything. The item I ordered arrived late and damaged. To send it back would have cost me more than the item cost. They're absolutely the worst and I'm sorry you had to experience this. :(
