Ordered three sweaters, two came, and one doesn't fit. Horrible customer service... only through online texting... at this point I'm out the cost for two items... one doesn't fit, and one never came! Order #L1512231403484099. It takes 24 hours to send a note, and 24 hours to receive a response. If you're going to do business in the US, you must have someone to TALK to! How can this be taken care of promptly!

Try to get them to refund the two items to your wallet. I never bothered to get a refund for items that did not fit because it's more complicated to prove, but I did get the items that never arrived refunded.
