I tried multiple times to order a jacket on here and the site keep declining my card when i know for sure i have money on it, what do i do? I really want the jacket.

When you log into the site, you should be able to click on "Operation" to the right and have an option to contact Customer Service. However, good luck with that. The customer service is a joke - they have no intention of providing actual customer service - it's just there so that they can state they provide customer service, when they really don't. I encourage everyone with a complaint to file an official complaint at https://www.econsumer.gov/en/#crnt. This is to report international scams, which Dresslily most certainly is (they are in China).
Also, write a review of your experience (to as many sites as possible). That should get their attention, since contacting customer service doesn't really get you anywhere, unfortunately.

I would send them and email and let them no of my intent. Also, I think it depends with how long it has been since the order has been placed. You may have to wait for the order to be delivered and send it back. I would check the site for their policy regarding this issue. I am still waiting for my complete order and it has been over three weeks. No one has responded to my emails either.

You are so lucky your card isn't going thru. Do not shop with this company. Terrible customer service, I had to funally put a dispute in with PayPal and they did refund 1/2 my money for sending the WRONG item. Lucky to get that. Cheap lesson learned

Thats actually good. They have the worst service ever. Don't buy with them. If you get your item, it is different than the picture, and of very poor quality. I'm still waiting for orders I placed in October.
