I submitted 2 tickets and still NO REPLY! I want to return 2 items that were not as described. I cannot find their return address anywhere! They won't get back to me! I just want to send the items back, what is their return address?

The best way to get their attention is to file a claim with your credit card company or PayPal, however you paid. That's the only way to get your refund from these jerks and also these... RoseGal, RoseWe, RomWe, Jolly Chic, Rotita, DressLily, Fashion Mia, Walk Trendy, Sammy Dress, Nasty Dress, DressWe, Zaful, CupShe, JustFab, Shein, She Insider, Eric Dress and more. It's a really long list.

Unfortunately they will not get back with you for a return or money back. Trust me I have tried. They will respond to your questions on shipping an item that you have not received, but thats pretty much it on communication. They make the items as we order them. There is no inventory, no way to return items. Lesson learned. Just write it off, let it go, donate the items to Goodwill! Next time, I will do a little research before I buy online items that seem to good to be true.

I'm was told that is hard to cancel an order. If you used your credit card you might could cancel it that they. The reviews I read said that they couldn't get anyone on the phone to cancel it. After I received my order, I prayed that I didn't support a sweat shop. This is the worst item I have ever ordered. I was so looking forward to wearing my shirt. After trying it on I just through it down on the floor. It didn't even fit right. I will never order anything unless I read the reviews first. Good luck.
