I have ordered some really lovely white swimmers and my mum ordered 15 items she did this 3 days after me she received 12 of her items and I havnt received my swimmers I want them I WANT THEM NOW! This is the order number: LP1508060459281047 and the order time was the 6th of august it says shipped out, I want to see my swimmers this week or $#*! is going to get real!

They string you along so that it's too late to dispute the payment through your bank or PayPal (however you paid). That's why they keep sending "please be patient & wait longer" emails. They know exactly what they're doing. They're good at ripping people off.

Haha threaten them all you want it wn't change a thing. They are scam artists. Contact credit card for refund they are scam artists.

Hi Iam sorry to hear u are having issues with them to as from my experience I will never again ever order from them the quality is horrible i donated my dresses to the poor that can't afford it for future please don't order from them I really hope u get your swimmer soon and your moms left over stuff that they missed try emailing them don't stop keep bugging them till they do something about it. It took them 2 months to send me 2 dresses and it was $#*! I hope u get yours take care and good luck

Check your local post office thats where my item ended up instead delieved to my house i didnt even get a notice to say it was there and dont be suprised if you dont get it at all and the sizing is terrible and the material is awful ive learnt over time to check all reviews before ordering from anywhere

Just take it as a loss. Don't order from them again. And if you can take legal action that would be great! Dress Lily is a sorry___ business and I hope they get what's coming to them.

Sorry your having this trouble but I did receive all of my parcels that I ordered so maybe it will come. I got replies to all the letters I wrote to them so do write.the quality wasn't very good and wouldn't get any more and were so small you have to order big sizes.

Hi I'm not sure why you are writing to me. My review on sitejabber said DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Dont expect to recieve your products & when you do dont expect to be happy with them. Trying to contact them is near impossible too. Good luck.

They are not reliable the clothes are too small and they do not give refunds they give you credit to buy more clothes my advice don't show up at dresslily

You will never receive them and if by chance you do they will not be what your ordered and/or only partially your order. Then you'll spend weeks exchanging bizarre notes with them.

Call your credit card company directly -do not call Dresslily or contact them. Go directly through your credit card company and cancel immediately. Once you have a confirmation number

Unfortunately you are duped. If your mothers items do not come up to standard tell her that she must not return items because she will never see her money again. She will probably not see the rest of her items either. I ordered in May, received 7items and returned 4 of them value £48 on June 11th. I have received not a penny. I have tried several different ways to contact them. No phone no. It is always unavailable. I sent e mails all they do is apologise and then ask you to send photos and detailed descriptions of the faults to no avail. You cannot return if you just don't like them. So, in short I doubt that you will get your items. Put it down to experience. I would sue if I could persuade others to join me. Sorry. We should have read the small print.

You can threaten them all you want but it won't change anything. They deliver every once in awhile to but 90% of the time they don't and what they do send is very poor quality or so small a child could wear them. You could report them to the BBB but they can't track them. Sorry, I know how you feel but you will have to chalk this up to lesson learned

I'm sorry for your inconvenience. But for now ordered from dress Lilly it took three months for my first Item that I received. My second Adam took approximately 2 1/2 months. I didn't have Item number because I paid through PayPal. I suggest you make a comment on sites jabber and continue to do so until year order comes. I gave negative response To dress Lilly. Then that's about two weeks after I received my item. Then I went back and left a response that I received my Item but that I was disappointed it to so long. I hope this helps keep pushing and maybe you get what you bought. If not report them to the better business bureau. Have a good day god bless

Good luck getting your items. I had order back in July 13 and then email them about my item and they told me that they do not reship til after 60 days but will not give my money back only credit to my account... WHY WOULD ANYBODY WANT TO RE ORDER AFTER THIS. They take your money and then just leave you hanging. The site says 10-25 days no where did I find 60 days.

They are based in CHINA thus all the shipping issues. We ordered first of August and still haven't got our things for our trip to Vegas. We will NEVER order from them again!

I ordered and paid for my jeans, told I would get them in 3 days and it's been 3 weeks. Still have another 3 weeks to go from what they claim. And they didn't tell me that until I asked them, after wondering why my jeans weren't coming in the mail!? Sounds like the same issue. If you ask for your money back they won't give you a full refund from a lot of the reviews that I have read, so I haven't asked for one, just going to wait on the jeans and never order from them again. Read some of their reviews, they shouldn't be allowed to sell anywhere in the U. S, straight bogus/fraud/false advertising!
