How do you respond to all the negative posts about your company. I'm ready and wanting to purchase a substantial size order, but returns, and product quality posts are really causing me concern

Don't do it! Looking at the prices remember that if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. You'll be lucky if you even receive all of your items and if you do they likely won't fit/look anything like the photos! Definitely worth spending a little extra for reliability of a reputable company. Like they say, you get what you pay for!
