How can I get my Support Form to submit? I've tried over and over and it won't go anywhere. I've tried to email it as an attachment to all of the various email addresses I could find (or tried to guess). I never received my item from this fall and PayPal won't refund my money because I'm too late - trying to wait for their answer. GRRRRRRRR!
