I couldn't find a phone number anywhere. What a pain. Now they want me to take pictures of what they sent to show them why it didn't fit. I just wanted an exchange.

I just gave up on my order, I only lost $20 but just wanted to get the word out for others so they don't waste their hard earned money on scammers. Don't know if they have a phone number but from the reviews on them they are scammers. I have reported them to Facebook but no response on that either.

I've not seen any contact details other than tickets.

They've lied to PayPal saying they've posted with a tracking number then on a ticket to me saying they didn't.

I'm making sure that people know what they're like.

A: They tell you to open a ticket on there main site but I just won a case with them on PayPal with no reply with open ticket for me was 8 weeks ago i do hope you get this sorted but customer services is zero read the reviews it's not just me good luck there are 1000s off people with bad experiance I would never recommend this company to anyone

I could not find a number for them. It took me many months for them to respond to my help tickets. I resorted to writing bad reviews about them wherever I could, eventually they did respond and my money was returned, but it took a good 6 months.

I think the response is the same to everyone - explain more and send photos - problem was I couldn't get it to send no matter what I did - not sure it is worth the frustration to get my $33 back so have given up - I am sure that is what they rely on! May try PayPal as they need to stop supporting this company.
