How long did you order? If they haven't provided a bogus tracking number than you should be able to contact PayPal to cancel.

I placed an order on April 28th I received an email saying thanks for being address head customer my package should arrive between 8 and 15 days still no confirmation number or any information even showing I place the order other than the withdrawal from my checking account what's going on dresshead

Answer:
They send that may to everybody and unfortunately it allows time for them to make sure they keep your money. Paypal can freeze their account for a dispute but it's tough to get your money back.

Why NO phone number??? I ordered one dress two weeks ago & no tracking numbers & I have tried to email & still no reply!!!

I ordered two dresses on August 11,2016. It says I received my package on August 27,2016. I have not received my dresses at all. I called my nearest post office too see if my package was sent back and nothing, they couldn't even trace the tracking number. I am very angry and upset that I don't have my dresses for I have a wedding next week. I'm shocked that there is no phone number so I could talk to a representative or manager about this. Where are my dresses or have I been scammed?
