How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at DoYouSpain.com?

They just do not answer at all! They reply just one generic mail, after that they do not answer at you mails.

Impossible. After about half an hour of waiting and no answer, I canceled the transaction. The answer was that there was a cancellation after receiving time and no car or any refund.

Virtually impossible! You may receive a notification that someone will get back to you "soon" but the time of waiting is measured in units of months.
