Actually there is no faith for company that doesnt deliver what is paid for. Im still waiting for my collar after 90 days. I have now asked for a refund of the shipping charges and keep getting the run around! Avoid this company its a scam.

It's been 114 days since I ordered from Dog Pawty (date of my order and the day I paid for it was 10-7-17) and still nothing has ever been received. And I'm one of over 100 customers that has had the same experience. BUYER BEWARE they'll take your money and you never her from them

Ours took awhile to get to us as well. I figured it would though due to. It being free and on a promotional deal. We did end up getting it and it was worth the wait. It works well and is made well. I think the promotion may have caused them to get back ordered.
