Actually there is no faith for company that doesnt deliver what is paid for. Im still waiting for my collar after 90 days. I have now asked for a refund of the shipping charges and keep getting the run around! Avoid this company its a scam.

I agree with Alan F. The items ordered come in the time frame expressed by the company when you order. I found no problem getting answers to questions. The company is responsive and the product are very nice. The promo for items free with shipping paid are a great deal. The shipping time is still 4 to 6 weeks which is normal for anything coming through the mail.

This is clearly not a scam as can be verified by the number of reviews written. Perhaps you missed the bit in the acknowledgement of your order email that you should expect a 40 day delivery period. Mine arrived and they're fantastic. Keep the faith.
