How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at doggyloot?

Terrible! No way of contacting them by way of a phone number.

They make contact difficult so we will just give ip on our problems or complaints.

Terrible, they have two phone numbers but both direct you to contact them through email message. It took me 2 wks and two emails for a response. FAIL
