Question:

My price started at one bait interval and then was quickly switched (within 2 weeks) to a higher tier price. It states within the contract that at anytime they choose they can (and will) raise your price. If you are leaving your old provider just because of price then do not trouble yourself, if it is due to quality then I can say I have had an issue to this point with Dish's quality. They are not trustworthy though, and they will say anything to get you to sign there hard to read contract. You can also call three different reps and get three different answers. Good luck with whomever you do end up choosing.

I contacted this states general attornies office and in close to a week Dish network has contacted me and released me from the contract. If they would have only held up their end of the agreement then they would have had a customer for life, not for just a few weeks.
