I purchased Windows 8 from discount mountain it worked great until I upgraded to Windows 10 as I was instructed. I forget my password. I was instructed by Microsoft to change my password, did that and I still can' log on. They insisted that I reload window 8 but Ian on line and I also called and Discount mountain is no longer available what and how can I get my laptop to work?
