I have been ordering from them since 2009, there have been issues, but they took care of those issues until now. They have 5 + websites, all of them have the website contact on OFFLINE. Not sure what is going on.
Dear mel s. It is not a scam. They try to do their best but are way under staffed. You will get the goods but wait times can swing into the absurd. Especially if the order gets inspected by customs. If that happens, they will refund or re-ship. You will save a lot of money by dodging the corrupt U.S. politicians filthy hand in your wallet... just be patient.
