Umm im kinda scared now i oredered like 4 or 3 manga books i think they will come in 5 days and now i hear about all this fraud and unknown charges stuff and i was wondering what i should do if they dont get here and or if they bill me for something i didnt legally accept to buy or pay for? P. s and i've herd a few good comments but what if ther're one of the websites agents or something help me im confused

I don't understand what the deal is. It states on the site about the membership, if some people would take the time to read what they are getting themselves into. Is this the only real concern or did I miss something.?
