Doesn't matter since they ignore the discrepancy once they have you under contract. No wonder their rating is so poor!

The absolute worst. Money hungry to the huge detriment of their customer service. When I cancelled my service, they lied to me about my billing date so they could get one more payment. This company acts like it's owned by politicians and lawyers

It doesn't matter if it's hard to reach or not…If yiu have a money issue and they did something wrong to cause said money issue, yiu aren't going to EVER see it! No, Really! Give up, go to bed, it's gone…even if yiu have PHOTOGRAPHIC PROOF/SCREEN SHOTS, ETC…. ‍

Difficult! But use this number +18772111997. A supervisor called me back from there. Be aware, it is in another country with accents that are difficult to understand!

Almost impossible I was on the phone and on hold and hung up on for over 8 hours yesterday trying to get ahold of customer service.
