My very elderly mother was billed for $164 on her credit card and she has no idea who Digital River are.  Is this a scam?

I, too, was mysteriously debited by this company (whom I have never heard of). Now I must go through the inconvenient process of replacing the card,
I suspect that this is, indeed, a scam!
