Me too. I just talked to my bank and have a case number. I just like to know how they get the account numbers. What made it so easy to notice they took it out while I was working. I tried to email them to but I wasn't able to find it. It doesn't exist. Instead I came to this site. It's just a pain to have to cancel your card and start all over again. If they ever get caught they should have to pay everyone back double and jail time. Doesn't sound like much but to them it will be...

The same thing happened to us and know we have to go to the bank and get it reveresed
