Nearly impossible, the customer service staff have been scripted to just repeat untruths and different excuses

Absolutely no point in calling the Customer Service desk as of no help whatsoever. I'm sure they are given a script to follow. Not the persons fault it's his employers. Feel sorry for the person on the other end of the phone knowing they are lying to customers.

Terrible, centralized and your promised a call back

Cannot complain about the customer service. 70+ emails for 7 months.
