Hi, I was given credit in exchange of my seat. Credit was given in US dollars and I need to convert it in Canadian currency so I can make my purchas

I was one of 7 black folks seated in the last three rows of a full CRJ plane that seats 73, two days ago on a flight from Charlotte to Atlanta. Why is that? I was VERY OFFENDED! After accepting it as random for many years, I no longer believe it is due to chance! Personally, I have been seated in this backrow seat in front of the toilet so many times that I started objecting to random seats 2 years ago after my very expensive delta vacation to Cancun was ruined by delta putting my husband and I in the seat in front of the toilet on all four flights, going and coming. This time, the computer blocked me from picking a seat, it ended up picking a seat, and... (you guessed it!), I was seated again in front of the toilet with my husband! I found this website trying tocomplain at delta.com and it states "unable to process your request." So here I am placing my complaint anywhere. I am truly an outraged customer who will like to say Delta, STOP PROFILING PEOPLE!
