I won or "buy it now" 4 Arbys gift cards ($10 each) over the past few years. Went to use 2 of them for the very first time at Arby's the other night and Arbys cashier couldn't get them to read. Gave him the remaining 2 and they worked fine. Came home and called the phone number on the back of the card several times for the 2 faulty cards. Was advised, "We are having difficulty processing your request" each time I called. How do I get my $20 back, or get replacement cards, or get $20 worth of Dealdash bids?
