I've tried contacting customer service all day due to the fact I signed up and my card was charged. I had no idea this would happen and it's quite a bit of money and I really need it back. I've sent a email in which I'm told it'll take five business days in which I can't wait all that time. I really need to know how I can get in touch with someone in less than five days that a bit of a far stretch...

Customer Service is the bomb. I was reimbursed for bids lost due to slow connection. If only customer service was like DD everywhere. K
